What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient system of physical and spiritual exercises that help connect the body, mind, breath and spirit. The practice of specific poses called asanas, make the physical body stronger and more flexible. Special attention is placed on the breath and mindfulness, or living "in the present moment."

Through these practices one becomes more alert, focused and able to relax more completely. The asanas, the breathwork, and the meditative mindfulness combine to form a powerful tool to keep us happy, healthy and peaceful people. People of all ages, all walks of life and all fitness levels can do yoga. It is beneficial to all, and it is adjustable to all.
